Stereo renders for VR and Oculus Rift

I really would like the ability to create stereo VR renders from within Daz Studio. I really don't think it's should be too complicated to implement, seeing iray has that function built in. I know I can create 2 separate images and then join them with stereo image maker software. But now I'm starting to create more and more VR images after purchasing an oculus rift, so creating 2 sperate images and joining them is taking too long.. I'd be willing to pay for the convenience, let alone the time I'd be saving. Octane will create a stereo image, but it won't do the spherical lens distortion, so no chance of creating 360vr with octane.
Looking at a render in 360vr and in 3d on a rift is beyond words. It put's you right in the middle of it all, it's like all of a sudden Daz comes to life.

I would also like this ability!
360vr with Octane is possible if you take the ORBX file from the octane DAZ plugin into octane standalone and set up the correct camera. See the discussion here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/188256
But I agree it would be much neater to have the capability in iray.
