Genesis3 with Texture Atlas FBX export and all textures?

I am a bit of a Daz Studio Amateur, but I am setting up a workflow from Studio to Unity. I now have a good grasp on how i plan to do this.

First, I am moving my Genesis3 models to a single texture atlas and reducing the number of surface groups to reduce draw calls. I then plan to export as fbx and decimate in other software to create appropriate LODs.

The first step appears to work well (as does the decimation), but upon fbx export, I get my diffuse and opacity maps formatted to the texture atlas, but not bump and specular maps exported separately (which are in the Daz file structure for the base UV set). I assume I am missing something simple?

How do I get all texture maps exported in the format of my new Texture Atlas?

My backup plan is to compose them manually, but this is less than ideal of course.

I am happy to share the full workflow when it is suitable.
