Confused on game usage...

Hello all! 

I am currently developing a game in unity and was curious what is required to use a Daz character as the hero of a single player game. I fully understand that the model can not be redistributed and all the basics. The model I choose will be packed with the game and  unextractable from the project.

My question would be, let’s say I want to use Michael 8. Do I just need to purchase the pro bundle and then the interactive license for him?

I am also aware of morph3d, I am not interested in that particular product at all as I will model my own armor and attachments for the hero character due to the fact that I do not like any of the offerings for Morph3D.

Any insight in this matter would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

    You don't have to buy the Pro bundle, if you are only going to use Michael 8, and not any of the hair, clothes, other skins or poses in the bundle. Just buy Michael 8 and his interactive license. Remember, if you use any morph products, hair, clothes, skins, etc. you need to buy the interactice license for those, too.

    I believe you are correct about that, Leana. Thanks for chimimg in!  Even though Genesis 8 Starter Essentials is free, the interactive license to use it is $100. Ouch. Michael 8 requires Genesis 8 Starter Essentials.

    Thank you guys for your input! It is MUCH appreciated. Do you guys know what is needed to use the Genesis 3 male? Same stuff I would assume? Thank you guys again!

    Also, The only way to get any of the Anatomical Elements, is to buy a pro bundle for the appropriate figure. Is this accurate?

    I found it! I was able to find the interactive license for any figure generation by just searching the store for that figure and starter. Pretty much all figures interactive license from Daz Originals are 100.00 for the interactive license.

    I see how it works now. Thank you all for your help!

    Yes, unless you buy a third party product for gens, but I have no experience with that. The only way to get them from Daz is in an adult character pro bundle (teen pro bundles will not have them). I was not aware that you needed a nude hero laugh so thought you did not need a pro bundle.

    Course, that rather depends on what kind of game it is.  :D :D
