no 3d bridge in 4.6

i've recently installed daz 4.6. all other plugins are present that should be included except for the 3d bridge. it is not listed under installed plugins, nor under the file menu. and i do not see it under my automate menu in photoshop. using 64 bit daz 4.6 and 64 bit CS6.
