help with EE sky box please

Hi,

I recently bought 'easy environments desert' but I can't seem to get the skybox to show up when I render. Is there something I need to do in the 'render settings' under 'environment' or something? Forgive my ignorance. Any help would be much appreciated :D

Which set is that? If it's one of the older sets, you will need to do some set-up as they were made for 3delight and I suspect you are rendering in Iray http://flipmode3d.com/converting-3delight-skies-to-iray/
