Property Cloner

I have been exploring the realms of expression making. I've made a few...but it was suggested to make aliases using property cloner. I figured out how to save it...but the problem I'm having is that when I re-open DS, the "aliases" are gone. So I'm obviously missing a step or two for them to properly save, but I can't seem to find anything either in the forums here or on google about how to do this properly. Hoping someone can help.
