Generation X2 MIA

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Still in the process of setting up my new computer, I went looking for Generation X2 in Daz Studio 4.10.

It's not showing in the Panes tab. So I read the manual: 

In some cases, GenX might be missing in the main menu of DS4. This may happen due to
menu customization. In that case, use Edit/Customize from the main menu and add the
GenX entry on the left side under Panes to the main menu on the right side. It also helps
usually to select a different layout or reset the current layout for the workspace.

So I followed these instructions (it's Window / Workspace / Customize now) and tried to find it in there.

It's not showing up anywhere.

Uninstalled. Re-installed. Re-installed using the downloaded files instead of install manager. Changed to different layouts as also recommended.

Any idea where I go from here? I'm missing my X2. :`-(

    Have you entered the serial number?

    Goto Help/About Installed Plugins  & check that Genesis Generartion X2 is enabled,  If not then Enable it, Close & Re-Start DAZ

    @Richard No, didn't enter S/N because I couldn't find where to do that.
