How to import other file without error message?

Hello, i try to import files exported from ViaCAD Pro 10 as .obj, .dxf, .dwg, .ai, .3ds, but every try i achive warning "Read error". Same files is reeded by DAZ Bryce Pro 7.1, (.obj very good, others 'some like').

Please, give me some tips.

    Which version of Hexagon on what O.S. ?

    With Hexagon(beta _ 2.5.2.137) on Windows, the obj file loads without error.

    Works fine in 2.5.2.109 too. Might be the missing .mtl file

    Can you post a screenshot of your import dialog? Some of these tickboxes won't cause an actual error if they're not set right, some can cause Weird Stuff™ to happen.

    One issue with the model is that its surfaces are dissociated. You want to export the model as a solid volume mesh.
