With only one week under your belt, I think you can be fairly proud of your render, very nicely done!

Hello, I been searching on the Internet for some info to import .obj files from 3ds max to Daz Studio. could only find a couple, just wonder  if anyone has used 3ds max for making props and importing into Daz.

I have tried some props ive made but not succesful, I am wanting to create some scifi props for a scene i would like to work on.

    Thankyou

  • Several PAs work in 3DS - maclean for one, and I think Stonemason too - so it's certainly possible. What issuse are you having?

Your composition is very good, and you scenes are well thought out!  I think you find that you can do some pretty awesome things as you really start to dig into this software.

Testing some primitives with Emission shader on, for candle light.
And also lighting the scene with Emission primitives.
Lighting is a big part I have noticed.
So much to learn about just Lighting a scene, all renders need different lighting.

They're all good but I always have a soft spot for renders like Paige & similar characters.
