Upgrading CMS forever

Hi everyone. Over the last few months I have installed Daz Studio 4.9 and 4,10, but when I open the program all I ever get is a title page that says "upgrading CMS" that goes .... and nothing ever changes and the program dosent start. Anyone have any suggestions/info?
