How do I "zero" Victoria's pose?

How do I reset victoria to a default, zero pose?

I ask because I've been playing around with some store bought pose sets, but they are having the weird effect of messing up her zero pose, such as bending her fingers the wrong way (looking like they are broken), or twisting her neck off to one side or another, even rotating her eyeballs into her skull. The effect worsens the more poses I experiment with

How do I make sure she returns to the zero pose properly each time?

In the Parameters or Posing tab, click the options menu (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) > Zero > Zero Figure Pose

Another option is to select the figure you want to reset in the viewport. Then, right-click on the Parameters tab and select Zero -> Zero Figure(s) Pose
