Does it need to be in program file folder?

Does DS and CMS need to reside in the program file folder on a Windows machine? or can it be anywhere I want it to be (within reason)?

Pretty much anywhere. In my other thread in this sub forum, I noted that I've installed and reinstalled in various locations. For big programs, I generally install to D: not C: as I have a smallish SSD for C: and a 2TB D: drive. In W10, the distinction between "Program Files" and "Program Files (X86)" is handy for remembering that 64 bit programs are in Program Files. It can be D:\Program Files, definitely. I would recommend against installing the software on a removable drive, but lots of people install the content on a removable drive so they can work anywhere.
