Problem posing The Bass Guitar

Hello,
the product is this: https://www.daz3d.com/the-bass-guitar-and-poses-for-genesis-3-and-8
I'm triying to use the prop the product with a Genesis 2 Male character that is higher than average (he's mt 1,93), so the guitar loads too low for him. I can't move it on the Y axis because the "auto follow figure" function that it by default it loads with only works for G3 and G8. The "normal prop" (not following) script loads it in another standing position that's not what I need, and with the strap straight instead of "body conforming" pose. What I need is to keep in the pose it is now, but raise it on the Y axis. Can somebody explain me if there's a way to unlock the movement on Y axis?
I tried using this https://sharecg.com/v/89846/view/8/Script/Daz3d-Pose-Converter-Standalone for the prop pose but I can't get it to work (using Windows with Parallels on Mac Os)
Thanks!

Load the guitar without fitting it to the figure and you should be able to move it around.
How about adding a dFromer to the guitar, scale up the field untill all is red then move the dFormer up. You can add the stap too, select the strap figure, open the DFrom pane, click Add Node and choose the dFormer.
Thanks, Syrus. I tried your solution but doesn't seem to work, the bass remains in its place. It's possible that I'm doing something wrong in following you suggestion. Let's check:
- I created the D-former parenting it to the bass, enlarged the field until all the prop was red
- I selected the D-former (both base and field)
- I moved it on the Y axis
Don't move the field or the base, only the dformer tool (the arrow).
Have the bass guitar figure selected before creating the dFormer it will then automaticly parented and a new DForm Property will be showing up in the Parameters pane set to 100% DForm influence.
Then you can add other items with Add Node to the influence of this dFormer in the DFrom pane. Where you can also Create and Remove DFormers and finaly click Spawn Morph to create a morph slider. With the checkboxes at the bottom you can delete and apply the DFormers by clicking Spawn Morph otherwise you can also keep them for further adjustments and turn down the influence in the Parameters pane before applying the morph.
The DFormer Base acts as the origin of the deformation only important while rotating and scaling. Where you can position the Base to see if that has any effect. Only manipulate the DFormer itself for the translation on the y-axis with the Universal Tool or the Parametrs.
