items don't appear in Install Manager

I just purchased Light Dome Pro R for Mac. It didn't appear in my DAZIM. So I refreshed IM, re-launched etc, but still no Light Dome Pro.

I went back to DAZ, logged in and viewed my product library thinking I would need to download Light Dome manually. However the download page clearly indicates that Light Dome is compatible to be downloaded using IM.

Can anyone explain why Light Dome does not appear under my install column inside Install Manager?

    What do you have selected in the Download Filters on the Ready to Download page?

    Daz Studio 4.5+, Mac 32-bit & Mac64-bit...

    hey Fixmypcmike. I get what you're saying. I just selected plugins, general and software.
    It did the trick, as I'm guessing Light Dome is a plugin.
