Pose controls in Genesis

In Genesis some pose controls (for eyes, hands, feet, etc) are located not in the main Genesis node but in separate 'bodyparts' node, like lHand, Head and so on, which isn't comfortable to use as it involves extra-clicks. In G2F all pose controls are neatly located in the main node. So I tried to move Genesis' versions into main node but I hit some problems.
If I edit, say, CTRLlFingersGrasp.dsf and change the parent from
"parent" : "/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Genesis.dsf#lHand",
to
"parent" : "/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Genesis.dsf#geometry",
the control stops working. Instead of #geometry it could be #Genesis, still doesn't work. Can anybody tell me why and what should I do to make them work this way?
When I'm trying to move them with Property Editor, I can't, because controls in, say, left hand, only visible if I'm selecting the left hand and main node controls only visible if I'm selecting main node controls so I can't drag and drop. Also Property Editor only moves separate control, not the full group of, say, lHand, which breaks grouping.
How'd I move them properly without breaking any connections those morphs are having with each other?
Also I've noticed that G2F (where all pose controls are tidily visible in main node Pose Controls) has a lot of alias_ controls, like alias_lHand_CTRLlFist.dsf. What are those and what they are needed for?

That doesn't appear to be correct. However, I'm using DS4.6, maybe that could cause the difference here.
But if you look at my screenshots you'll see that if I have the main actor ('Genesis') selected I can still access the controls for the head, face, etc. Only it's not located in the pose control area but lists under the actor tab *.
If I then select something specific, like the head in my example, I now need to head over to the pose control areas where I can find these options.

You seem to have the same situation as I do. What you've shown on your second picture is _Actor_ node, which is for morphs and yes, head/feet/eyes and such _morphs_ are located under Actor.
But I'm speaking about _Pose Controls_, which is for pose dials and you seem to have the same situation where pose controls for head located in Genesis: Head node, as it is clearly seen with your first picture, so you need to select Genesis' Head to get access to those pose controls.
In G2F all pose controls for bodyparts (such as head/feet/hands) are located in main Pose Control node, so you don't need to do extra clicks to select G2F head to be able to use G2F head pose controls. I want to do the same for Genesis.
When you select Actor/UpperBody/Hands, for example, do you have access for Left Hand Fist pose control so you can curl left hand into a fist? Because I don't and my Left Hand Fist is located in Pose Controls but only if I select left hand bodypart of Genesis.
