Exporting scene

Just purchased After the war scene and wanted to export to IClone via 3DXchange pipeline- however when in loads in to IClone it’s just a grey square! Is this because I didn’t purchase the editable licence or can’t it be exported in to IClone 7.22? 

Sorry if the isn’t the right place for this post - but would really appreciate some advice.

If it's a cube, rather than a square, it looks as if there may be an atmosphere in the set - which might well be a cube with a dispersive material applied, and fancy material settings don't export. If that is the case you should be able to delete the prop, or hide it, and export that rest of the scene or you may be able to hide it in iClone.
