Frida for Genesis

Looking at the flash sale today and wondering if someone knows offhand if it's possible to apply this character to a genesis figure and if so, what would be required:

It says in the description that it needs the Victoria 4.2 Morphs++ and I'm wondering if there is a genesis equivalent add-on of that or if this would be a V4 only product.

Also, anyone have any idea what hair they are using on this figure?

    That one was out before Grenesis launched, so it's V4 only. You probably could port the morphs over with GenX, and the skin can be used on Genesis.

    V4/M4 Shapes for Genesis: http://www.daz3d.com/v4-and-m4-shapes-for-genesis

    Also, not required, but handy, is the corrected V4 UV for Genesis (fixes alignment issues with the V4 UV that comes with Genesis): http://www.daz3d.com/corrected-v4-uv-for-genesis

    You'd also need the Genesis base figure (not the Genesis 2 Female) that comes free with Daz Studio.

    And, of course once you had them, you could port over any number of other V4 morphs as well.

    Okay... Well, I have V4.2 and I realize I could just get V4 morphs and be done with it but I'm thinking about the expanded clothing and morphing... I also gave Genesis... And to add a wrinkle, V4 for Genesis 2... So for Genesis I would still need V4 morphs, Gen x and V4 shapes to make that happen?..

    Also, is there enough support to go straight to Genesis 2?

    I'm asking to confirm because trying to look on Daz it's nearly impossible to figure this stuff out. Sometimes their product requirements are a mile long but you only need 1 or 2 of those things to make it work (various combos), sometimes you need it all. Just want to make sure I end up with all that I need but not more.

    Would be cool if Mr Tony would create some Genesis characters and clothing :) Love his stuff and genre!

    The vendor for Gen X is working on a Gen X for G2F. I suspect it may be a trickier proposition than GenX for Genesis, since there were the figure clones for Gen 3 & 4 figures to work from, and with G2F there is only the V4 clone. It will probably be out eventually, but not for some time.

    Agreed! I'd spend way too much money on his stuff if he ever started supporting modern figures. That's why it's probably good that he hasn't! ;)
