    OK, it seems like the Girl6 ships with yet another really good human texture. It's nice that new figures come with great textures like this one, these days.

    But that's it. We now have a pale white girl, a less pale white girl and either a Latina or very tanned white girl...I'm not very good at telling the difference.

    Anyway, this means that either Stephanie 6 will have to be black. Aiko has to be freckled. Or vice versa, I don't mind. Or you gotta come up with a new shape :D

    While I generally agree, I would say it's less disappointing than in other bundles. I would have loved a new Raiya character, though. Or AprilYSH hair. Or Sickleyield clothing. But it could be worse.

    First time I actually buy something "Girl" related, as the character is going the more realistic route in the G2F line (like Aiko 5 did before as Genesis character). Pro bundle it is for me :) I think it is one of the better pro bundles overall and shy a couple outfits - which I probably won't use - it is still very, very good value for me. Love the hairs and all characters in there especially and simply adore the Paige Dress :)

    I'm looking into this right now. I'll update with an answer.

    I read in the promos for the main characters page that she also has her own UV's. DAZ, while this is Genesis 02, I get that but if each time you release a character and it's UV is altered and one can't use those skins on other shapes.... well it's a bit off putting. I know one can just simply go to the surfaces tab and select the UV to make the skin fit correctly but still. Seems a bit much. I mean what sort of stretching is one going to find with V6 and the Girl? The Girl's balloon boobs are no more, her waist is a bit more narrow but has a nice toned body (like V6) and that cute "Girl" face we all love (but I do notice the head is not as large as the Girl 4 or 3, which also made the Girl stand out a bit more so her look isn't as exaggerated as it was before).

    I will probably pick up the Base as I did with Gia and a few other items but I'm with others, the clothing is, again, so so risque that I just don't see the point. I love the Paige dress, reminds me of a style Katherine Hepburn wore in Summertime. Great clothing in that movie. So that's a must get. Waiting on those Toon skins!

    If you load the material preset it will set the UV for you - so if you own the G6 UV you can apply her textures to any G2F shape without fiddling with it.

    Bought the Pro bundle and a few of the tex packs and RoboGirl. Wish listed the rest ... for now. LOL Love love love Girl 6! Well done Daz!
    Now I have to go work and pay for this haul LOL Ah well, such is my life. :)

    Interestingly enough the Monie character that comes with the starter/pro bundles uses the V5 UV maps and Ambie from the pro bundle uses the Base Female from G2F.

    Kind of nice that I got a decent skin set for V5 out of the deal.

    Wish one could create their OWN pack but it's OK. I got the base I mentioned and yes, did add the Monie to the cart as well as the pumps and Paige dress as well as Neffie's new do, very classic and love the detail of the hair in the back. Gorgeous work Nef!

    Yeah I would love a build your own bundle deal.

    Of course I'm still waiting for a-la-carte cable.

    This is definitely the prettiest and most interesting Girl figure ever, the skin seems to be wonderful, but sorry - like with her predecessors, I don't know what to do with her...

    The DS installer does not include the Poser files (.cr2 and materials). The DS installer includes both Genesis and G2F versions (.duf) of the hair and materials. The DS data folder files for each hair are large: Genesis = 41 MB, G2F = 136 MB !

    edit: As fixmypcmike mentioned, the PS installer includes the V4 version of the hair!

    I assume you do need it for the V4 version, and the other one is the Genesis/G2F versions.

    And it comes with various make-ups and eye colors, which is really great. You can even apply them on other G2Fs, like Gia for instance. I just did a Gia/Girl6 hybrid that came out nice. I'm glad Daz included those options in the base skin. That alone makes the Girl6 base worth getting, not to mention you get the Girl6 UV which enables you to use all the future Girl6 textures on any G2F. IMO there's no reason to not get at least the base figure. It's a bargain for what you get.

    The bundles are decent values too. I got the starter bundle because it had most of what I wanted of the new stuff. FWart once again came out with a great character and skin. The cheerleader outfit is very nice, and I didn't have one. The corsair outfit is a lot like Darkwoods Heroine, and that confused me at first. I think it holds its own though if you like fantasy renders... shoulder pads... nuff said. Some cool hair is always good to have.

    The pro bundle is also a good deal, but it didn't have stuff I absolutely needed (some very nice 'wants' though), so I went with the lesser bundle this time. Overall good deals for this launch.

    I didn't see any requirements for Girl 6 so I am just double checking if you need something other than the Genesis 2 Female base in order for Girl 6 to work? Morphs? Anything?

    The Girl 6 appreciation sale and coupon are broken today. Both are supposed to be good until end of day Sep 1st. Any chance of getting this fixed?
