Is HSS included in DS4.6?

I can't remember if the human surface shader needs to be purchased, or if it comes free with DS. Can anyone shed light on this for me?

    It should be noted however that the Human Surface Shader has been succeeded by a new more powerful version with all the features of it's predecessor and more called UberSurface which is also included with Daz Studio. There is also UberSurface2, but that's a paid-for addition. Additionally Age of Armor's new Subsurface shader, again also supplied free with Daz Studio, makes for truly amazing skin textures and has a procedural bump option to give extra detail to figures.

    There are a lot of powerful options available out of the box, so experiment and find which one works best for you.

    Is AoA SSS shader supplied with DS or do you stil need to buy it for free from the store.

    I'm pretty sure it's in the Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials.

    Not sure if it's in the actual G2F download but it should be available as a free download in your product library as part of 4.6.

    Look in your Product Library for 'Subsurface Shader Base' to find the AoA subsurface shader. The Genesis 2 Starter Essentials is entirely unrelated.

    Actually he is right. The shader is included in G2F Essentials.

    I can confirm, the Age of Armor Subsurface Shader is included with the Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials.
