From DS3.1 beta to DS4.10 - has the customize menu disappeared?

Slightly confusing question perhaps, but in short: I currently use DS3.1a, which for those who don't know is essentially the beta of DS4 but in the DS3 UI shell (and without DS4 file format support). And I'm considering making the switch up to DS4.10, however it seems as though a lot of the customization options have been outright removed from the menus. I'm hoping it's just a case of me not knowing where to find this stuff - and maybe some other folks know where to look - but I've dug through everything I could so far with no luck.
Primarily, I'm trying to figure out where the "customize" window has gone, which allowed the setting of shortcuts for manipulating the viewport (I keep mine set to orbit the camera while holding the middle mouse button). There was a bunch of other options in here as well, like being able to edit the menus at the top of the screen, being able to show/hide the view orientation cube in the viewport... does any of this still exist in DS4?
I've been using DS3.1 for what is now probably many years past its expiration date, but the challenge of DS4's new UI has been such a hinderance on my workflow that it's deterred me for thus far. With the support for the gen4 figures slowly disappearing, however, staying behind is getting more and more tricky, so any help and/or advice on the subject would be very much appreciated!
(also, apologies if this is a subject of discussion that's been brought up before, the forums search wasn't being particularly helpful in that regard!)
edit: not quite sure what's gone on with my username here either, last time I was on these forums was on the old site. Don't suppose there's a way to edit that, is there?

Download the DS4 beta and play with it. F2 & F3 still do what they use to. There is a Tool Tab which lets you customize all your tools.
To be honest, its been so long since i last used DS3 that I dont recall what was in it.
F3 is exactly what I needed, thank you! Took a bit of digging, but I figured out where they'd moved that particular option to, now (it's semi-buried in Window>Workspace>Customize, when previously it was under Edit>Customize).
There's still a few other things that may be changed/missing, though I believe the majority of them are just due to the changed UI. I'm remaining with DS3 for now, since there's seemingly an error in some content I use across a majority of my scene files that renders them impossible to open in any newer version of DS. But being able to recover my prefered controls and (most of) the layout will potentially make shifting over easier in the future. ^^
The Customise menu is in the Window>Workspace menu, since it is a workspace thing.
