Any Other Way of Contacting DAZ ?

Does anyone know if there's a phone support number for DAZ? I don't see anything here at DAZ3d but the "submit a support ticket" page, so I searched the net. There were several places that had a phone number but none of them worked.
I did submit a help ticket yesterday, but I took advantage of the "one day only 20 percent off" on a gift certificate, for myself, and I never got the email with the code for it. I got the confirmation email that shows the transaction went through but nothing else. So I'm out 200 clams with nothing to show for it. Having to wait two or three days until they get back to me is causing me to miss out on sale items I want to buy but can't. Not to mention, I want to find out what happened to that code, what if it went to someone else and they're happily spending my money while I sit and wait for the overworked DAZ help staff to get back to me? Surely there's another way to contact them in a case like this, right?

Support tickets are the only way to contact Daz. However, I have sent a list of the users affected by this to support - if you PM me with your order number I can add you to the list, which may help expedite a response.
Thank you Richard. Whatever you did, it did expedite things. Only about 20 minutes after posting this I got an email response to my help ticket with the code to activate the gift certificate. I guess the answer to my question is to do what I did, and post something here so nice people like you can help get a response to a help ticket quicker.
Not something I would do for a normal "I can't figure out how to make this product work" type of help ticket of course, but in this instance it was kinda urgent.

Ha, I can't claim credit for that as you hadn't sent me the order number. They may have been able to compile a list of affected buyers and update all of them quickly.
