Invisible toes, help (solved)

hesperasmithhesperasmith Posts: 52

My figure's toes have become invisible, I think by some footwear product, but I can't track down which.

I have checked for all hidden parameters and found nothing.

The toes are not set as invisible in scene tab.

They are clearly not "posed" as you can still see the outline when selecting the surface, and the polygons are selectable with the geometry editor where they should be.

The surface is set to full cutout opacity with no map.

I'm at a complete loss as to why they're invisible.

Some clothing and shoes use geograft technology to hide body parts under the clothes. If that is what is happening to you, deleting the garment or shoes, or unfitting the garment or shoes should restore the toes. It does not work to just hide (turn visibility off) the shoes.

  • Thanks, it seems you were right, now since this is a wardrobe collection scene I just have to go through deleting everything one at a time to see which one it was.

Nikisatez does it a lot. You might focus on that PA's items first.
  • Select all the clothing items at once (except those the figure is meant to be wearing), then in the Parameters pane find the Fit button, which will probably say Multiple, click it and select None.
