Love the toe claw detail on the RD Phenotype 011 Horde by Sanctum art, too. Not many people would get that. :)

  • Now that we have a vampire that looks like a Master Vampire, perhaps we will get the were wolf we actually want???

  • These are a bit older but they are add-onsd for the Night World Lycanthropos. https://www.daz3d.com/lycanthropos-species and https://www.daz3d.com/lycanthropos-species-2 ... They might add a bit of stuff into the mix for you to look at.

  • Those are mre along the lines of what I am looking for, but not realistic enough. I am wanting something like the one in the "beast Among us" that looks more like a wolf than a man . Not cartooney. I am looking for a jump in realism too that is similar to the one from  Rawart's nosferatu https://www.daz3d.com/nosferatu-for-genesis-3-male to Josh Crockett's the Count https://www.daz3d.com/the-count-hd-for-genesis-8-male

i know Josh has a plague wolf, but to me it looks more like a shaven cat than a were wolf. I also wish someone could make an Alien that looks like the Alien from the movies including the facehugger. There's a poser version, but I just want a Daz version.

I plan on a proper werewolf at some point. But it will most likely be down the line.

The Sanctum Art werewolf still holds up and is still the best in my opinion even though it is an older product and not avaialbe anymore.

As far as facehuggers/xenomorphs.... there's plenty of those out there if you look for them. Those are licensed though, so you can only use them for personal work.

The reason you'll never see them in the Daz store is exactly for that reason. That being said, one could do a creature influenced or inspired by but not an exact copy of licensed properties.

As far as the Plague Wolf goes, the skin changer hair applied to it does not look too bad all things considered.

And just a side note: If your characters are requiring 80 JCMs, you're not doing something right...

In Oso's defense, Otter is an EXTREME body morph and beautifully executed. I very much enjoy the figure and it poses wonderfully.

The 80 jcms thing was for the Oolong, and specifically the hands. And the reason for THAT was trying to get the hands to do really unusual things.

So a number of the fingers had a JCM for bend, twist, side-side, then bend+twist, twist+side, ...etc

    That is, admittedly, unusual.

Oh yeah, didn't he have two opposable thumbs? Nice figure. When I get out of debtors prison with the wife, it is a sure purchase. :)

Ha! Yeah. The second opposable thumb took a lot.

Though I may have gone overboard, but I wanted it to move as well as I could manage. And it was totally not designed for it.

It is a challenge you rose to and are to be commended for, Oso. :)

Working on pawed feet and digitigrade legs at the moment... and it is a BEAR.... er..a WOLF to do, I mean. I think. :)

    P.S. I HATE G8 nails, fyi. :)

  • Thank you Josh Crockett! Plague wolf with skinchanger That's more along the lines of what I am looking for.  It's not perfect, but it will do until you come out with another were wolf. Like most people I have almost all of your stuff and I am hungry for more!

Although my 3D portfolio is quite varied involving 4 or 5 genres, I love werewolves who appear frequently without my becoming solely obsessed with them. I do own 4 Daz werewolf models but I am not 100% satisfied with them. Especially those who, beyond being bipedal, have much too human features from the neck up. A werewolf's head should look like a wolf!! Although I remain solidly in 3D, I whipped out an AI app, and with straightforward prompts, it produced the image I've attached. I will spend the $$ for any Daz artist who can create a werewolf that comes close if not exact. And please, please put some fangs in it. Big ones!!
