Department/Tab issues

I recently installed 4.6 ans was amped about it! Been excited about DAZ since 05. Render system and model images are bananas! Anyway 4.6 meant an upgrade so it's time to update characters. Dept/Tab 1: Loading. Models & Scenes loaded no problem but there are problems. Models are looking like ghosts. Transparent eyes, grey skin, eye lashes are clumpy. The attempt to regain the textures failed. There was no response as the models remained the same. Checked out the other tabs and guess what? Textures are there but they can't be updated, modified, etc. What is going on?

Hmm, that's a toughie. I'm not sure what's going on either.

Can you answer a few questions and maybe post a screenshot?

What operating system are you using?
    Where is DS 4.6 installed?
Where is your content library installed?

    Thanks!

One thing to check is that you are in the textured preview mode - hold down the ctrl (Windows) or cmd (Mac) key and press the 9 key on your main keyboard area - do the textures come back?

I will try to post some shots for you . I installed 4.6 and the negative results got worst. No matter tab is used all of the textures for the work had vanished. Texture names are still present in scene tab. Changes were attempted with no success, so it's not just the texture. An unistall reinstall maybe in order.
