Why is this happening to M7's neck all of a sudden?

Just noticed that my M7 figures are doing this all of a sudden when I bend their necks. It's happening to any of the characters I've created regardless of morphs I'm using. This is an unmorphed, freshly loaded M7. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you recently installed a new character? The obvious suspect would be some kind of corrective morph that is always on, instead of on only when a particular shape is applied. If you enable Show Hidden Parameters in the Parameters pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) and look under Currently User with the figure selected and the enck bent you should be able to find the property which is causing the issue, zero it for now, and identify the product causing it so that an update can be issued.
I had already done that and found nothing which is why I posted here. Luckily I decided to try it again after your suggestion. Boom... found the culprit! Thanks so much!
What was the culprit? It's a good idea to include the answer, in case someone does a google search for the same issue.
