Smart Content screwups

For the 2nd time in two weeks, Smart Content is screwing up. I ordered the Rival Outfit textures for the Brute. But when I tried to apply the textures, all I found was placeholder icons, and the file gives me an error message when I try to apply it. Yesterday I bought the Angel Secrets package, but it wouldn't show up in smart content. It finally showed up when I searched for the name today, but it took hours. Note that I've been usuing Smart Content by preference since the beginning. I generaly like it. What I DON'T like is having it screw up.
