What's wrong with this pose?

Hi there!
I just wanted to use some already pose but all changes wasmade only for grey tunic... Rest of the body and green pants dosen't move. What's wrong with this figure?? Should I make first some changes for all bones (add bons for clothes to move them?)?

Are you sure you had the male figure selected when you applied the pose. It looks to me as though you may have had the tunic selected
