Is Micheal 4 backward compatible?

I am looking at purchasing 'Real World - Heros' (COPS). It says it requires Micheal 3. I have Micheal 4. Is it backward compatable?

    No

    They did make a V4-V3 version so she could wear V3 clothing,  but didn't give M4 the same option.
