Bones disappear

Hi, I have a little problem here and couldn't find the right solution thru googling and search in this forum.
I added my own morphs on a Casual Wear M4 pants. To keep it short, Figure/prop asset save is done, Morph asset(s) save is done, and both pants and my morphs works perfectly on it's own or "Fit To" M4 as well as H4.
The problem starts when the pants is "Fit To" G3M. I already applied "Wear Them All". When the pants is "Fit To" G3M, my morphs doesn't work. My morph labels and sliders are still in parameter tab, but the bones of my morphs disappeared. All other original morphs and bones of the pants are still there and working except for mine.
Is there any way to keep my morphs / bones when the pants is fit to G3M?

The autofitting process will indeed delete additional bones, to keep them You have to do it manually.
SicleYield has a tutorial here: https://www.deviantart.com/sickleyield/journal/Tutorial-Convert-Clothing-G3-to-G8-G8-to-G3-686682065
... but starting form M4 might not give out-of-the-box good results, as far as I know.
Thanks Pinkus. I tried it for the past 2 days and I think it doesn't work for M4 pants.
By the way, in my Compatibility Base there was no G3. All others are there. So I use Set Default Compatibility Base to add G3M into the list. Is that ok? Or that's just a useless short cut?
