Hello guys,
I've got a problem with INSTALL MANAGER 1.1.0.100. I get only error when I want to install postgreSQL on my PC win7 64bit. On the picture below there is a info about path but I don't know witch one I must choose ?(I've got a few partitions - one partition is for DAZ Content and other one for program files of DAZ 4.9). Is it true that all content (for Genesis 3 Male ora Genesis 8 Female)want work properly without postgreSQL instaled on my PC?

That does look odd - the basic PostgreSQL, which that appears to be, should not depend on its own path being set. If you click the gear icon at top-right to open preferences and go to the Installation tab, are valid paths set for software at the top?
Maybe the problem is with system - I've got 64 bit (the INSTALL MANAGER is32-bit). I tried to use another port in DAZ Studio 4.9 on 1800 but that dosen't change anything... I don't know why I still get an instalation failed...
Your path for Studio in the Applications tab seems wrong. If you installed with DIM the 64 bit version would be in the Program Files folder, 32 bit version in Program Files (x86) folder.
I tried to use a different path a couple times for Studio int the applications tab and still nothing
So far I used DAZ STUDIO 4.9 without postgreSQL CMS but some content dosen't work properly (or was invisible in content tab)such as some poses or expressions for Genesis 8... Is there any chance to download (FROM THE WEB) and install this program without INSTALL MANAGER at all??
https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_18869 the Download buton should give an installer.
Thank you Richard for your help and good link!
I just install PostgreSQL CMS without any problem on my PC but still something's wrong with DAZ Studio - I get this massage on the picture 01below when I want to login by CONNECT TAB (as you can see on the second picture). So I think it must be something with internet connection - my version of DAZ Studio dosen't detect a PostgreSQL CMS database. When I installed DS 4.9 for the first time a I chose to work offline (as you can see on the second picture - the WORK OFFLINE option is not active)and now when I want to work online I can't cancel this operation... Something is block the software (but my Avast internet security does not interfere with DAZ for sure)so I don't know what else I should do to solve this problem??
It isn't DAZ Studio that the firewall or the security program has the problem with it is the PostgreSQL CMS program that is being blocked. It needs access to an internal port for it to work and that is the message you are getting.
