windows 10 and multi-gpu problem

Hi, how are you, I have the following problem.
I hope someone can give me a hand (I did not find a satisfactory solution in google).
the computer where I work has 2 gpus (1080gtx and k4200) and 2 monitor (1600p, 1080p)
and I want to choose which GPU is occupied by such a specific program.
windows 10 has an option to choose which gpu takes care of each program, but
but windows always assumes the 1080gtx for everything without giving me any option. (screen)

I want to be able to choose, that gpu takes care of such a program. At this point is there some way to manually choose a gpu for savings / high performance?
in my case I want to let the k4200 take care of firefox and videos, while the 1080gtx is exclusively dedicated to daz3d and videogames.
the problem is that windows always assumes and gives all the work to the 1080gtx. and reender in daz3d while I watch some video or use firefox is very annoying (lag, render to slow, since the 1080gtx does everything). besides the expense of vram (firefox with a video of youtube fhd consumes 1 gb vram).
before I had an alternative solution, connect everything to the k4200 and leave the 1080gtx only to reender.
It worked well, I could work in photoshop, watch videos and render without problems at maximum speed. all perfect. but now I want to use the 1080gtx to play videogame and in that case I need the monitor to be connected to it.
another solution would be to connect according to the need, play or render. but it would generate wear and tear on the ports and wire themselves (in addition to the obvious discomfort).
I will be very grateful if you give me a help, surely here someone has had the same problem.
thank you very much
ps: I used the configuration in the nvidia panel, assign cuda and opengl only to the k4200, obtaining the same results, still using the 1080gtx.
