M4 Skeleton

I'm using the M4 and V4 Skeletons and often when I use a pose on them the feet end up shifting greatly from the body looking detacted.
Can anyone tell me why this is and what I can go to stop this.

    Looking at the M4 Skelly, it appears that IK is on, even though the figure has no IK chains listed in the hierarchy editor nor in the Figure menu, so it can't be shut off. I added IK chains using my free IK for Genesis (use the Inject IK pose; the hip handle is not needed, since this is rigged as a Generation 4 figure) and it seems to fix it...

    It might be the same problem I encounted when I tried to use the skeleton of M3 to fit my own figure, After I deleted the IK-related items, the left hand just drop below the ground. Then I discovered xtran, ytran, ztran of the hand actor are not 0. Set them to 0 will fix the problem.

    b.t.w. Are IK removed from M4? I haven't tried new models since V4.
