Grainy/Blurry HDRI renders

Hi,
I recently bought some HDRI's because I thought it would be an easy way to setup some light. I went for this: https://www.daz3d.com/orestes-iray-hdri-skydomes-starry-night
Product comes as render-settings I was hoping I could just, click. But result comes out like this: https://imgur.com/a/mf1xoSh
Compared to the product preview here: https://www.daz3d.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/0/4/04-orestes-iray-hdri-skydomes---starry-night-daz3d.jpg
I can't figure out why mine is so blurry and grainy (it's set to iray and photoreal, it looks the same in the final render). Like the dome-image is scaled up way too much or something. I tried to also set dome as finite and fiddle with dome radius, but it doesn't help. Render settings in the image are left just like they are if you just click the product and let it setup your render settings.
Why is it that no daz products comes with help on how to use it? Or is it hidden away somewhere?
Hope someone can help.

Is that rendered?
It's from the rendered (iray) viewport. Draw settings are set to photoreal. Looks the same on a real render, I just used this instead so all could see the render settings as well.
Is Depth of Field enabled in the camera you are viewing/rendering through?
Went and double checked. So camera DoF is not on by default. I just start a new scene and pick this render setting and it's grainy. I tried for other (built in?) render settings that use HDRI and it's the same, they always appear a bit grainy. I just never took notice of it before as this is the first one I bought, and because it had promo images, I just thought I would get the same result merely by pressing the button (yes, I'm that naive...).
