Iridescent Fabric Using Iray?

Has anyone had luck creating an iridescent effect on clothing using Iray, or know of a tutorial?  I've been striking out.  Here is an example of the effect I am going for.  Thank you for your time.

You couldn't probably do a google search for PBS iridescence and find something or you can buy this where Will has done all that for you already:

PD Two-Tone Iray Shader Presets also has an iridescent option to apply to any of the included fabric selections, but it isn't shown off in the promos very much. It is a nice product with LOTS of options.
