I'm not a vendor, but from what I've seen in past years, yes, some vendors don't participate and don't have a featured store day. Now, I think that most vendors still end up as part of the "Everyone we didn't get around to featuring" sale at the end of the month that coincides with the last catch-up day(s), but it is entirely possible that there are some vendors who don't go on sale even for that day.
I've got one product I'm waiting on myself, but there is no way to know if a given vendor has opted out until the end of the sale unless you contact them directly.
...same here. Ive been waiting for one particular vendor (even have the product on the wishlist) bit so far, "no go".
...been waiting on Fenric and GoFigure :( I don't think I missed them, but time is getting short.
Is there a list of vendors that have already been passed?
Destinys Garden has done a great job of listing all the featured PA's in this very thread. It is the most accurate list that I am aware of.

Thanks for the mention Jared. Happy to help. 15 pages isn't really that much if you consider each new item (or set of items) from each featured vendor are given their own post with pictures. So it has been about 5-7posts a day, and that makes the thread look longer than it is.
I can tell you that Fenric and Gofigure have not been featured yet, if that helps.
I'm hoping MAB or WillDupre participate I really want to get Foxy and Wolfie for Genesis

Was anyone else hoping today was going to start an end of month, all-weekend finale?
Yes! - But it seems that less PAs have participated - maybe just me.
I don't know about other PA's but I'm still trying to adjust my yearly development schedule to account for the early PA sale. This year I couldn't get my main product done in time so we had to put one in that we planed on using at a later time.
