Windows 10 DistributedCOM Errors Fix if your PC keeps randomly shutting down.

Here's the problem.
This is not the graphic card over heat problem:

How did I find this out? I downloaded both the CPU and GPU free monitering software from my 3rd party GPU and CPU from AMD.
 This is a windows problem where the user is not recognized as the admin, and a program tried to do something unitl a crash is caused. The crash is random and it took me 2 days to find this solution.

Other's who look in the events part of windows will find these id numbers, which will start the process and take them to other places where people have had these issues.

 The above solution is 2 days of my life excluding the week of random shutdowns. I hope this helps someone.

If this doesn't work for me, next is testing the power supple itself by buying and running another power supply :/
