And now a silly question : how can I managed to have exploitable Genesis UV in external 3D soft ? When I open an obj export in Mudbox for example, the face, torso and limbs UV share the same UV position, and Mud use the three maps simulteanously when painting on the model...
Thanks for any insight !

I'm not familiar with Mudbox, but can you not tell it to use a different map for each of the differently numbered sets of materials (1 for the face, 2 for the torso, 3 for the limbs etc)? If not you will need to use a UV mapper of some kind to select each group of materials and slide it one unit sideways so that Mudbox will, if I understand it correctly, treat each as a separate zone (once the textures are exported, if that's your goal, they can be applied to the basic Genesis like any other set of textures).
