Unable to Accept EULA - Unable to download my content.

I am attempting to download the assets I purchased this week to work on a project. However, DAZ install Manager version 1.2.0.6 (64-bit) will not allow me to connect. It gives a message that I must read and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).

  • I click the button in Daz Install Manager, which takes me to an EULA page. At the bottom of the page it says I must log in to sign the EULA.
  • I click the link to sign in.
  • I enter my credentials and click enter, which takes me to my account page.
  • I click the Licensing Agreement link in the site footer, which takes me back to the EULA page. At the bottom of the page it says I must log in to sign the EULA.
  • I click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page, which opens a popup that contains a My Account link and a Log Out button, verifying I am in fact logged in.
  • I click the sign in link, which takes me directly to my account page.

I have attempted to complete this process in Chrome (Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on Windows 10 x64
I have attempted to complete this process in Firefox (Quantum
62.0.3 (32-bit)) on Windows 10 x64

Please advise the steps I need to follow to access the assets that I have purchased through your web store.
If the DAZ Install Manager is deprecated, please advise the software or utility I need to use to download and update the purchsed assets.

Daz has issues with displaying "cached data", instead of actually updating on every reload. This may be a temporary bug in the system, or related to the update with the install-manager.

Mine just updated to that version, but I don't have any new items to test for downloading. Maybe they updated the EULA, but until an item requests it, I may not see the "demand" to agree to it. Had you previously used the content manager without any issues? (An older version, or this version.)

  • Try going direct on the site to https://www.daz3d.com/eula and accept the agreement, rather than going through DIM.

  • Is there any news on this front?  I can't login, I've tried different  browsers, from my phone, reset cache/cookies, logged out and back in, tried going direct to the link on the site.  NOTHING lets me agree to this cursed EULA!!!

    Perhaps put in a ticket.

I am having the same issue.

I am logged into the site.

1 - Everytime I click on the EULA link, it just says "You must be logged in to sign the License Agreement"

2 - If I click the link, it goes to my account page - where I am already logged in.  If i then go back to the Licensing Agreement link on the bottom tab of the site, it repeats #1

    3 - If i manually go to https://www.daz3d.com/eula , same thing, repeats to #1

The launcher does not recognize I am logged in (and technically i agreeed to the EULA in 2017 when I tried the software initially), and the EULA page never seems to recognize that I am logged into the site.

This makes the software unusable, and might annoy new users to move to something else!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT - I forgot to mention, I did also clear cache and logout/login.

Just a thought   Log out  on the store log out,   then go to the front page and log out there,  if you are not already logged out.   Now go to your browser,  clear the daz cookies  and then clear the cache  now close the browser and restart your computer,  to make sure that is has been cleared.

I say logout on the store and then again on the front page because there are two different softwares being used on the site,  When you have restarted your computer go back to the Daz front page and log in there.   The front page is where you can log in to both softwares at the same time and have them synchronised properly if they haven't been synchronised before

  • I know I am late to the party, but I thought my work around might help someone who is still experiencing the same issue. I found that if I simply went directly to the EULA page while in an 'InPrivate' session ('Incognito' tab on Chrome not sure what it is on firefox or safari) and logged in that way it works as expected.

It's been a couple of years since this thread was started, I hope they get this fixed eventually :)
