Calling All 3D Kits

I like 3D building kits, architectural, environmental, whatever. They allow you to arrive at your own creation for backgrounds/sets as opposed to using a stock whole model that is instantly recognizable in a render or reference. I have a few of these kinds of 3D virtual construction kits, but I'm always looking for more as I think they add a lot of value (in terms of re-usability for the money).

Has anyone ever compiled a good list of 3D kits (environments, modern construction, sci-fi construction, rocks, walls, streets, trees, whatever) either available for free or for purchase? If you have a favorite set--can you post the name/link in this thread?

Renderotica (beware XXX site) a lot of the stuff here has a BDSM bent, but it can be re-purposed if you're looking for pieces to build some machine or other.

Many of his vehicles are actually kits, even though they are not called blah-blah-blah construction set.. And most are cross compatible. The Skiff Runner in particular has a different look from most of his stuff.

I have some of the ones mentioned above, some others, I had never seen (cool stuff). Maybe it's not a good idea to compile a huge list of these as it will hurt my credit card. And vendors should post away here if they have a product that fits. Maybe we haven't bought it because we did not know it was out there.
