How do I select multiple surfaces in DS 4.6? **SOLVED**

I'm trying to convert the Genesis Supersuit for use in Poser, and I have to save many of the material presets as partial mats. I just don't know how to select the affected surface areas, like to make the abdomen invisible, I need to select abdomen 1 and 2, but I don't how.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

If using Windows, hold in the control key to add to the selection. If you change your mind or add the wrong thing, clicking on a selected area with control key held in will subtract from a selection.

You can either make your selection by grabbing the surface selection tool and clicking on areas to select or you can use the surface panel with editor selected in surface panel and click on the named parts in the tree structure....again using the control key to add or subtract from a selection.
