Only DAZ knows and they usually don't announce sales.

Keep in mind that a month-and-a-half-long sale just ended yesterday, and a month-long sale started today. So even if they don't call it a Halloween sale, there are plenty of sales in this season. For example, today there are horror-related items in the sale category and you can also build a cheap horror bundle.

Halloween will get merged into pc sale. Not sure about thanksgiving sale but there is usually a 12 days of Christmas sale or give away.
