Not in general, no - a morph is pretty dumb, it's just a list of changes in position (called deltas) to be applied to the vertices (the crossing points of the mesh lines that you see in wireframe view) to change the shape of the model, so unless two items share the same count and order of vertices they can't share morphs. That said, if the items are of roughly the same shape it is possible to use the Transfer Utility to project morphs across, there iss oem discussion of the basic process in the thread on using Genesis 3 morphs with Genesis 8
