Something wrong with account?

My postcount is still at zero, even though I've posted, and when I post in threads, they don't get bumped up.

When I look at my profile, under roles, I have "Guest, Member". Maybe that has something to do with it?

    Hmm, you should be able to post - we keep verifying you. Please open a sales Support ticket and ask them to check your account, it seems something (which the forum team can't see) is resetting or blocking our action.

    Here's the reply I got: "I checked on your account, and I could not see anything wrong there.  Are you still having this issue?  If yes, can you try logging out and back into our site?"

    I did try logging out and back in, but it didn't work. Given that my post count is zero, it seemed unlikely it would anyway.

    Mainly posting this here to see if my posts still go into moderation.

     

    Edit: So it posted right away, but I still have zero postcount.

    Edit2: Never mind, this one shows my posts now.
