Ok, I asked the sales people about their license
I asked them if I had to credit the use of the items (having their game license to use their items)
They just sent me to the EULA...and that didn't really answer my question

If your game will use only renders 2d, then the EULA says yes for commercial use 2d.
Now, if your question is to go with the mesh distribution for the game, then surely the EULA says no permission.
You didn't even read what the post said
Daz OFFERS a Game Developer License
Meaning, you buy that, you can use their items in a game
You don't need the license for rendering 2-d images
You are not spending 2 grand on a license, for them to OKAY it to have 2-d renders to sell
That 2 grand is for a game dev team to use their items
Ohh I'm sorry, but is that to me read all topics here, I must first translate into Portuguese of Brazil (my language).
There are times when the judges traduçao few words, and the meaning differs from what they actually say.
You do not need to credit items you purchase here.
What about the figures?
Do I say what the human models are from?
it's fine
My reading of it and of what fixmypcmike said above is that you don't need to explicitly credit any items purchased from Daz that the license covers (this looks to be mostly Daz Originals). That would include the base figures such as Genesis, Genesis 2 Female, V5, M5 etc.
I'm pretty sure that the Game Dev license doesn't cover non-Daz Original products such as characters based on the Daz figures (Modern Muses: Yzande V6 for example). So if you were planning on using something like that you'd better double check.
You're given a copy of the EULA, that is a legal document that spells out what you can and cannot do as well as any credit you have to give. I realize those things read like gibberish but if you don't completely understand what it's telling you your best bet is to consult a lawyer and have them look it over.
I can tell you what I think it says but I'm not the one getting sued if you do something you're not allowed to do. :)
All, I needed to know if I had to credit Daz's models or not
I already KNEW it doesn't apply to Non-Daz items
thanks for the reply anyway
Mike answered you. You don't need to list the models used- I don't think you even need to credit Daz in any way.
