Survival Horror has fast become a sub-genre in fashion. Extraterrestrial attack, zombie apocalypse, nuclear holocaust, or even the always feared rage of Cthulhu...

Dude this is awesome! The details, the hair! Looks like a lot of work went into this. Very well done!

    Cheers!

    Thanks!

It had a lot of intensive work, mainly to have it ready with enough time for the release. I´m very happy with the final result, the maps came better than I expected if first place.

    Kind regards,
    Dan

Do you have renders of the coat alone (well, over basic clothing or a grey G2F - I don't want to incite breaches of the TOS)? With a back view if possible. I'm pretty well certain to buy anyway, of course, but I am curious.

Sure, setting up a scene with the coat. Do you prefer the standard or the SSS materials?

Which ever is quicker or easier - it's mainly how it hangs without the extras, and how the back looks, that I'm interested in. Thank you.

Here I post a render of the coat alone. I haven´t placed G2F or any clothing, so you can see the inner parts of the piece. It´s rendered with the "clean" SSS shader. Also available a dirty version of it, both in standard and SSS versions.

Thanks Ren. I feel really happy with the final result, I´ve also learnt a lot new techniques making this set.

Thank you, that's very helpful (well, not to my ability to exercise self-restraint - but the PA sale is but once a year).

If you get a chance, remember us V4 users.

Anyway, tons of detail and thought went into this set.

    Best of luck!

It's a great looking set. For some reason I started thinking ALyx Vance, must be the hair band in the promos. Definitely could put the flamethrower to good use.

    Have a stinguisher close :)

I´ve been playing around with your hdr lights for the promos in this set, really useful and good looking ones!

Only a quick image, nothing fancy :) Did a little bit mix-and-matching, too, will put the set to a good use. The Ninjato is from your "Way of the Shinobi" set for example :)

Edit: Re-rendered actually as I saw that the shadow bias was a bit much ... 22 minutes, indirect lighting mode of UE2 with point-based occlusion. The character is Sayuri by the by.
