How do you Export OBJ and FBX file from DAZ characters and objects with correct size for Unity?

In Unity a human is about 2 Meters. 1 primitive cube in Unity is about 1Meter.
Anyways, is tedious to do all this scaling by hand.
Is there a way to set the correct scaling factor in the OBJ export and FBX export too? So that it's ready for Unity

Work out what the scale factor is, set the OBJ export dialogue to use that (and set whatever other options you need) and then save a preset using the button in the dialogue so that you can quickly recall the settings. I don't know what Unity needs, however.
I imported a figure to unity and wondered where it had gone. It was 1Km high!
In unity 1 unit is 1 meter: the Modo preset for exporting Obj seems to work OK - it sets the scale to 1%
