I have opened a help ticket. How do I check to see if it has been recieved, or status of the problem?
Also how long does it take for someone to reply to me about the problem I am having?

If you click through to the Contact Us page again then click your name at top-right, you will see My Activities and Sign Out - My Activities shows your tickets.
