Unsure on how to turn on lights?

Hey guys, I'm really new to Daz 3d and just getting to grips with it. Recently bought the Luxurious House but when I select any type of light in the house, I cannot find how to turn the light on or adjust it's brightness? Can you guys help?

 

Environment is set to scene only but unsure if I have to manually add light presets to these or I'm just missing something?

    Those are 3Delight lighting shaders. In any event, if you wish to apply it to the light bulbs you need to select not only the object but the surface(s) on the object that you wish to modify (you can use the Surfaec Selection tool to do both with one click) and then use the Base preset..

    If you're talking about the Luxurious House on Renderosity, there's a link on the store page to download an Iray scene file for it. I'm guessing that should have the light settings you need.

    I've tried to load that but for some reason it makes no difference, If I set the environment to scene only, the lights aren't lit. Sorry I'm really new to this

    And How did you do it? Because I am having the same issue, I love the building, but everything I render is pitch black when inside the house.
