Need help with lighting the simple scene

edited December 1969 in New Users

Hello,
I am a noob in DAZ Studio as well as in 3D modelling. I am trying to properly light a simple scene with a female figure only. I need it to seem well from various angles and sides as I plan to use the rendered pictures in a guide for yoga and stretching poses.
My results can be seen in this picture: image

I am not able to get rid of the tiny shadow lines that appear either on the front/read view or (when I add more lights here) they travel to left/right views.

I would like to light the scene properly with as little amount of ligting sources as possible (for quick rendering). I am sure there must be some common guidelines or "principles" for proper "studio" lighting but I do not know them. Can someone help?
Thanks.

Use 4 Distant lights, one at each compass point, set them all to a value that renders well like 35% and turn shadows OFF for all four lights. That should produce what your after.

Thanks a lot! I had to use 8 lights (4 as you recommend and another same group of 4 with 45 degree rotation and half the intensity to prevent unwanted shadows). And it looks MUCH better now: image. Distant lights only was a good idea!
