DIM download failed?

I'm a newcomer and just have installed DIM from the Web. I have changed the default installation and download address.

The second time I opened DIM I'm asked to install an update of DIM, but the update can't be downloaded successfully.

And the content I want to download from DIM download failed either.

I think there's an issue with the Daz servers at the moment (October 27, either 8:10 or 9:10 AM GMT). I'm not a new user, and I can't get either DIM or manual downloads working right now. Something happened really suddenly -- everything was downloading just fine, and then suddenly anything that was in progress or that hadn't yet started couldn't be downloaded at all.

Normally, when DIM fails an update like that, I'd suggest doing a manual download of the DIM installer -- it's in your product library at https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_50873 -- but I don't know if you actually can download it at the moment. Give it a try, and install DIM from that, if you can. (I know you mentioned that you've done the download from the web, but it looks like that may not have installed correctly. Or did you mean that you installed DIM from the web after it told you that there was an update available?)

In general, when DIM tells you there's an update available, it won't let you download any files until you update it. However, as I say, I don't know what's going on with the servers, so you may not be able to download anything at all right now.

Manual download seems to be working. Kind of. But its running at less than 200kb/sec.
